FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS FOR 2007
As we approach the last quarter of this calendar year, the topic of "what should we be doing" for next year always comes up. This may be a good time to consider implementing flexible spending accounts and/or dependent care accounts for the coming year. They provide a valuable tool to allow employees to pay for unreimbursed medical costs (e.g. co-pays) and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis with little or no cost to you, the employer.
